Legislation on the Protection of Classified Information of Foreign States

The Estonian National Security Authority shall comply with the following legal acts upon the conduct of its duties:

State Secrets and Classified Information of Foreign States Act;
Procedure for the Protection of State Secrets and Classified Information of Foreign States (Government of the Republic Regulation No. 262 of 20-12-2007);
Methods and Measures Applied for the Organisation and Control of Electronic Data Security and Special Telecommunication Services (Regulation No. 14 of the Minister of Defence of 05-12-2003);
Regulations for the protection of classified information of international organisations.
